Too bad, i was kinda slow, so many shops closed before i can step in.

Finally the 10 months preparation for Auric's D&D 06
is over! It was a perfect success apart from some mishap which were
bond to happen. Nonetheless, it was considered a good one and I

On the 14 Sept, 3.25pm, I have rang up your office to check on a package which was supposed to arrive last week.Since I can't get through the import line for at least 10mins, I decided to call up the sales/admin line of 6541 6293.A lady who did not greet actually mumbled through the phone "YES!?"I was explaining to her about my shipping details when she actually gave a loud smirk, laughter and raised her voice saying "Why you ask me?!"Patiently, I told her the reason why I dialed this line because after all,I believed the sales department should be able to help. Without even waiting for me to finish, she practically slurred three other hotlines in a rude tone for me to dial. I was surprised and told her to repeat herselfand she gave a loud impatient sigh and repeated herself unwillingly in an even more disturbed tone.This is the first time which I actually use Singapore Airlines Cargo and to me, the prestige name itself has always gave me an idea of how professional the company is, in terms of its products and services and people.I was entirely disappointed that the staff by the name of BEE HUA had actually ruined the image of the company and its services. Even if I have dialed the wrong extension, I do not think that we should be treated in this manner and since it is also a SALES department, it should even be better.I am writing to suggest that I hope this could be improved especially in upholding the image and customer service of an established company dealing with not just local but foreigners as well. In addition, the campaigns held recently have also been urging on customer services.

Tried sleeping @ 11pm…Toss & Turn..couldn’t sleep.Too excited!
Fell asleep @ abt 1am, woke up @ 3am.
Gave Elaine a morning call, & she was good enough to get ready by 4am.
The 3 of us head to TPY, checking the Q out…
3 lanes, which I think not too bad.
Saw a lot of funny people, with Unique Attire.
A lot of friends were there to Q with them. It was really sweet…

Ye bought breakfast for me, we played Nintendo, gossips etc.
9am, started registration, Q no 3172>72th contestant (should have bought iBet, would have strike)
Kenneth came, with his mum & sis. I felt so warmed to see the Million $$ smile on his mum & sis face. I told myself I have to do my best!
We were brought to another side of TPY, where all the audition rooms are.
The 3 of them followed me all the way..
Ev’ min I kept changing my choice of song. (Wrong move)
Waited till abt 12pm, I was brought to another waiting area, consist of 10 seats.
We can start warming up our voice…
OK, its my turn! I went in. I saw 2 large cameras, lotsa lightings & 3 judges who are CREW of mediacorp.I Intro myself & I started singing.
I sang Cai Cun Jia’s you yi tian wo hui. After singing I realize my voice CMI.
The male judge (Alan Wu look alike) said the song doesn’t suit me, he gave me a 2nd chance! My mind was blank. & I chose Ah Mei’s wo yao kuai le.
Worse of all, after singing ½ of the chorus, I forgetten my lyrics! I paused & that moment I think I ruin my own One & Only Last chance.
Red light was on, out I go. I left, behind me was lotsa contestants waiting for their chance. Went over to Ye,Kenneth & Elaine. They were very encouraging. I have no regrets, only disappointed with myself for being so indecisive on the choice of song
Good experience, it will be in my memory & of course I will not give up singing as long as I still have my voice & vocal! :P

On 4th July, I placed an order - VDX3 (2 roses, 1 box of chocolate and 2 bears) thru phone for my colleague's birthday . I have requested the delivery date to be on 7th July, before 11am as we need to attend meeting afterwhich. However, we were deeply disappointed by the service provided .
Firstly, your staff called on Thurs to confirm my order. I requested to change the color of my rose to light pink. Your staff (didn't get her name) subsequently asked me what color do i want for the 2 heart shape display. According to my memory, the order does not come with 2 'heart shape'. My presumption is that it is complimentary. However, to my dismal, after an exchange of lengthy unnecessary questions, she told me that she has only red when I preferred purple.
2) On the fateful day, your staff assured me that the delivery will arrived before 11am when I called to remind her in the morning. But, at 10.55am, we have yet to receive the order. So i called again & she told me approximately will take another 10 minutes. We were all held up for the meeting since your delivery man only arrived at 11.20am.
3) It shocked all of us as the delivered item was VDA3X instead of VDX3! I had to call your supervisor for clarification and we were not prepared to accept the wrong item. Your unfriendly and rude supervisor put me on hold many times when I proposed to pay $15 or reject the offer. She finally replied 'ok' in a very rude tone and she slammed her phone without even bother to say good bye or apologise for the mistake.
The poor customer service and attitude left me with a deep impression for Hazel Florist. Your staff did not handle the situation well and did not offer any solutions when problem arises.
I hope you will look into this matter and inculcate good customer service to your respective staff in order to live up to the company's reputation. In the meantime, I think I should deserve an apology reply from the company, at least.

HowZzz EVERYONE???!!!
Haven't been updating alot since my job started. I wondered how's my Rbzzz dOin?!
Work has very much going well just as i have anticipated and I'm beginning to get the hang of it though I still have problems remembering names...
Been given pretty much duties since my asst mgr is on a 1 week leave to diving holiday.. *EnVy*
But, in this way, i was sorta obliged to learn more stuffs in a much faster pace. Am really feeLIng GOOOOdddd about what i'm doing and hey Thanks LorD! U r great in blessing me! Hehe
Well, though i have completely no idea what would come by in the long run but i believe my faith will keep me going.
Last Sunday was a LONG LONG day for me. Woke up earlier then my usual Sunday and hurried off to Central Mall's charity fair. Was supposed to tend some games stall together with my church mates but since i was late, my duty was to spend money buying food and stuffs from stalls for charity! =D
Happy role to play. It was a big event with several celebrities hosting the show and some of them volunteered to be the dunking object at the dunking pool game. Kakaka... You should have been there to watch how they were dropped in the huge barrel of water if someone hits the bull's eye with a small ball. And bingo!
This event was however, held by the Church of Assisi and supported by several big companies. I must admit that it was a successful one. James and myself spent a HUNDRED dollars of coupons within hours. (The tickets were 90% bought by his colleagues whom had refused to turn up) Cool. And how nice of James to get them some gifts from the fair to show his appreciation...
Later that day I got my Dad and Jeannie to come around to spend the balance coupons. I was glad that I managed to buy myself a few books from the 2nd hand book stalls at $2 each! Wad's more is that i found the book i've been searching all over at the library on the Saturday before! (with the help of James.He wans me to mention his name) Been book-ing alot recently and even more when i started my job. Books about marketing, product development and not forgetting a couple of non-fiction/fiction books. Thus, I read so much i felt like my trip takes me only 20mins instead of an hour!
1 funny ting about here, no, no about eerie stuffs. I wanted to stay up late for work a couple of times especially today. Perhaps untiL 7plus? And u can never imagine i was persuaded to go home at 6.15pm after my dept admin realised that the whole building is emptied! Duh... i guessed overtime is not their culture. (apart from the MIS dept and perhaps my ceo) Cool. So people will still try to leave in the dot even if things were left undone.
Right, again James is chasing me to hit the sag.

The day of my new challenge had finally arrived for my new position as Brand Exec.
Pretty smooth for day 1 i can say...it's day 1 what more can i comment...?!Arrived at 8am today to realise i was 1/2 an hour earlier thanks to James... Reported to the HR department who insisted that I take my breakfast in our canteen before it's 8.30...Well, that minus off the tension that normally arise for most newbies. I was then at 8.30am going thru a brief about the company's procedures, benefits and bla bla bla. Next I was introduced to the managers of each department from Warehouse to This food brand, to that food brand to that drink brand to this drink brand. The journey did no help to me at all about remembering all the superior's name except that it makes me HUNGRY for snacks which were lying everywhere HoHoHo...! And so the intro went on and on until i was finally handed to my own asst manager, a dressy young lady of 27. (That's all for this part.) My department --> house brand. Already the 1st day I attended a couple of meetings regarding our P&L, marketing, advertising and promotion plans. Cool! I was given like 8 projects to handle which i will explain further. Got to hit the sag early for my early rising tomorrow. Love you aLL and thanks for the encouragement. Each of you will get a pint of HOEGARDEN from me once i made it. One day. By the way, the company practices SIX months probation oh weLL, let's see. HEHE!! (James after me now)

Boss treated me to a farewell lunch at Raffles Hotel and so she started to ask if i will come back in the next 2 years after i gained more skills outside and that i will give her any projects when im in my new company since she knows i'm planning for a marketing level position etc... Well, we'll see about that in the next 2 years then. *ribbit*
Nevertheless, I left the office at 6.20pM with a big Corporate hug for my boss (now ex-boss), a handshake with all my designers and lastly, a good name. *Grinz* I was pretty cool about that, though i know i'm gonna miss my Suntec swimming pool and Kallang view desk, my fujitsu computer with the latest GHZ come with a DVD writer. Oh man am i giving it up...?! Ya i am.
Today I woke up at 10.45am by a phonecall from Auric asking me if i have received any letter for the medical check up which i am supposed to go for before i head to work next Tuesday...but i hadn't received any. So i'll check the mailbox later, before I head to town with Zenn. Yep! With Zenn shopping in Town at 2pm on a weekday! Planning to see what we can grab during the GSS and hopefully a high tea and a good pedicure. (Though Zenn insist we skip the pedicure)
Before i head to touch up, I assisted Anna with an online test on Foreign Domestic Workers (something she has to go go thru before she's elligible to employ a maid.) and we got 1 wrong for the whole test! Congrats! This maid better keep a good eye on our Janelle or she know wad shes gonna get from all the godma(S) here. *Stare*
Apart from that, perhaps tomorrow i'll meet Wil for a good read at the library...?
Wil said that a good book+a good ice blended+a good companion = a good combo! Boy i'm looking forward! What's more, James is taking leave fer me on Friday! Yipee! A funfilled lovey Friday hehe! What more can i say?! I'm making full use of my free time boy!

Hehe I wasn't aware I preach so much... However, i'm really glad to know that you are picking your life up. Hopefully will be able to see your smiles back real soon... Well, wads Rb for. Meanwhile, we've cut down on thai pubs alot. Got sick of the same old unbelievably perfect shape gals american idoling on stage with the same old songs blabling. Heh, double O seemes good for a monthly club.(not too much) Kopi session i prefer malay store that cook up nice pratas, fish curry and perhaps bee hoon goreng... oh ya, otherwise, coffee bean if you are talking about high class kopi sesssion. Their cheese cakes and ice blended always get me going. =D~
Nevertheless, I look forward for a weekly girls out wit Rb, those daytime shopping and high tea etc... Hehee...

Really ashamed to tell you gals that this is the first time i saw our Rubberband Blog. Sorry coz need time and kind of computer idiot. But after reading all the stuffs, i realise this is really good. Esp from Cindy, watever you have wrote are all so meaningful. Zenn tok about frdship, you tok about girl crying ..so on and so on...
Tok about weekend. Cin, you are really right that we din really make full use of it. But at least you got someone to nuan with you. Haha me, only me and myself..doing housework ..clean my car..so and so. Ya, i just got an accident with mini private bus yesterday. But no worries, im fine. The bus driver is so damn "kuai lan" ..eventually no claim and no pay. Haiz really sway...
well gals, im trying and getting use to be standing up alone again though "he" is still around with me. But i started to try to drift apart. Well, life is always full of up and down. Cin, dun start preaching again. I know wat you gals going to say *grin* and i fully know you all cares.
Im ok really...will get use to it too. Life not that good for these few months with quarreling and insensitive "him"..but i will try to make it better standing alone hence i got the bowling session weekly haha with Zenn & company. Blast myself with tonnes of korea and japanese series show, watch till late nite and fall aslp (good huh with my panda eyes).
Ok not so lor soh, just wish to say thank you everyone for being with me for so long. takecare ...any drinking session, be it kopi or clubbing, pls call me but not the thai pub (i still cant accept it - sori cin).
